2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Manihari P.S. Case No. 116/2025 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 108, 3(5) of the B.N.S.

3. As per the prosecution case, the deceased committed suicide at the instigation of the petitioner.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. Learned counsel further submits that petitioner has clean antecedent and he is in custody since 03.05.2025.

5. Learned APP for the State has opposed the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner.

6. Considering the fact that this is a case of suicide

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.66320 of 2025(3) dt.24-09-2025 2/2 and the period of custody of the petitioner, this application for regular bail is allowed.

7. Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Court of C.J.M., Katihar/concerned Court below in connection with Manihari P.S. Case No. 116/2025 .
