Petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Chanpatia (Sirisia O.P.) P.S. Case No.402 of 2022 registered under Section 302 of the Indian Penal Code and other allied sections of the I.P.C.
Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are innocent and have falsely been implicated in this case due to land dispute. There is no specific allegation against
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.62136 of 2022(3) dt.09-01-2023 2/2 the petitioners. The instant case is a counter blast of two cases bearing Chanpatia (Sirisia O.P.) P.S. Case No.326 of 2022 and Chanpatia (Sirisia O.P.) P.S. Case No.298 of 2022 lodged by the side of petitioners against the informant as is evident from Annexure 3 series.
Having considered the above facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the above named petitioners be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, West Champaran at Bettiah in connection with Chanpatia (Sirisia O.P.) P.S. Case No.402 of 2022 corresponding to G.R. No.3620 of 2022, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C. Harish/- (Arvind Srivastava, J) U T
