The present writ application has been filed for issuance of a direction for making payment of Ex-gratia to the petitioner on the death of his mother namely Amrita Devi from the post of Cook -cum- Assistant, Mid Day Meal from Primary School, Harijan Tola, Karahari, Benipur and for grant of all consequential benefits.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner had filed a representation before the District Programme Officer, Midday Meal Programme Project, Darbhanga (respondent no.4)

Patna High Court CWJC No.14987 of 2024(2) dt.30-09-2024 2/2 vide Annexure-P/3 but till date, no order has been passed. 4.

Considering the same, the petitioner is directed to file a fresh representation before the respondent no.4 within a period of four weeks and on receipt of the same, the respondent no.4 shall pass a reasoned and a speaking order, after hearing the parties, within a further period of eight weeks. 5.

With the aforesaid direction, the present writ petition is disposed off.
