This application under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure has been filed for quashing the First Information Report of Barhariya (G.B. Nagar) P.S. Case No. 84 of 2015 instituted for the offence under Sections 379 and 427 of the Indian Penal Code.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

Report was called for from the court below which has been received. From the report it appears that after submission of charge sheet cognizance has also been taken against the petitioner.
