JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 02-05-2016 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner is apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 337,307,504,506 and 387/34 of the Indian Penal Code and section 27 of the Arms Act. The prosecution case is that on 2.2.2016 at 11 P.M. co accused Pujari Singh, Tutu Singh and unknown came to the house of Jai Jai Ram Kumar, abused him and resorted to fire. When the informant went to make complain to the petitioner and co accused Baban Singh they justified the act of their sons. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the thrust of accusation is against the son of the petitioner and others. It is further submitted that the petitioner has been roped in the present case since he is father of Pujari Singh. Statement has

Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioner be released on anticipatory bail in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of twelve weeks from today on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned CJM, Lakhisarai in connection with Barahiya P.S. Case No. 17 of 2016 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
