The petitioner being husband of the complainant is apprehending arrest in a complaint case wherein process has been directed to be issued after cognizance being taken under Section 498A of the Indian Penal Code.

The basic accusation is of torture.

The matter was adjourned on 15.10.2015 as prayed for on behalf of the petitioner. The complainant along with her advocate are present.

From perusal of the application, it appears that the petitioner has denied the factum of marriage with the complainant. In the circumstances, this application stands disposed of
