Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 304(B)/201,34 of the Indian Penal Code and 3/4 of the D.P.Act.

The petitioner is mother-in-law of the victim of dowry death. Allegation of demand of dowry and torture for the same is general and omnibus against all the family members. Submission is that husband of the victim is already in custody. Petitioner is aged about 62 years. Considering the entire facts aforesaid, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.58456 of 2019(2) dt.20-09-2019 2/2 where the case is pending in connection with Pakribarawan Police Station Case No.228 of 2019, subject to the condition that both bailors shall be resident of territorial jurisdiction of the learned court below and further the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
