2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under section 392 of IPC . 3 . As per the prosecution case , on 16.05.2023 , 4 unknown miscreants entered the office of informant and looted cash of Rs. 1231/- from cash counter and also looted Rs. 25,000/- and mobile phones from the employees of Cashpor Micro Credit Branch office .

4. Petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. The name of petitioner transpired during course of investigation and was identified by the witnesses in the CCTV footage . Petitioner has got 1 criminal antecedent of similar nature . 5 . Considering the nature of accusation , criminal
