2. The parties are in agreement that the petitioner's claim for arrears difference arising out of 5th, 6th and 7th Pay Revision is pending consideration before the Authorities. The petitioner is wife of the employee, who has since passed away.
3. Since the matter has yet to be considered by the Authorities, pendency of the writ application will serve no useful purpose as there is no adjudication called for in the
Patna High Court CWJC No.16599 of 2022(2) dt.21-09-2023 2/2 present writ proceedings.
4. The writ application is disposed of with direction to the Deputy Development Commissioner-cum -Chairman, Zila Parishad, Siwan (Respondent No. 3) to consider the petitioner's claim as contained in Annexure-3 within a period of four (04) weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.
