Petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Dariyapur P.S.Case no.302/17 , registered for offences punishable under Sections 365, 366, 498, 120B of the Indian Penal Code.

As per the complaint petition, there is allegation against these petitioners of kidnapping the wife of the informant. Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioners is that the petitioners happen to be brother-in-law (Sadhu) and sister-in-law (Sali) of the informant and earlier to that a case under Section 304(B) of the IPC was filed by the father of the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.61539 of 2019(2) dt.26-09-2019 2/2 2019 victim girl against the complainant and other accused persons and in retaliation, the present case has been filed. Heard learned A.P.P. , who has opposed the prayer for bail on the ground that the girl is still tracess.. Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and circumstances, as stated above, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Twenty Five Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned ACJM 4th, Saran at Chapra in connection with Dariyapur P.S.Case No.302/17 subject to conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
