2. The petitioners have prayed for regular bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 103

(1) and 3 (5) of the BNS.

3. The case of the prosecution is that the daughter of the informant namely, Karo Kumari was married to one Arvind Sharma. It is further alleged that she was being subjected to cruelty on account of non-fulfillment of demand of dowry. It is further alleged that on 30.09.2024 all her in-laws killed her.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in connection with the present case. It is further submitted that the

It is further submitted that the allegations levelled against them are general and omnibus. The main thrust of the accusation is against the husband of the deceased, who is already in custody. Moreover, the petitioner is languishing in judicial custody since 31.05.2025 having no criminal antecedent.

5. Learned APP appearing for the State has opposed the prayer of regular bail.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, this court is inclined to enlarge the petitioners on bail. The above named petitioners are directed to be released on bail in connection with Gamhariya P.S. Case No. 202 of 2024 on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Madhepura.
