JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER (Per: HONOURABLE THE CHIEF JUSTICE) 06-11-2017 Having heard learned counsel for the petitioner, we find that the appeal filed by the petitioner being Excise Appeal No.25 of 2013 is pending before the statutory authority i.e. Excise Commissioner (respondent no.2) and the same has not been decided.

Keeping in view the aforesaid, it is directed that on the petitioner's filing a certified copy of this order, the respondent no.2 shall decide the appeal in question filed by the petitioner in accordance with law after hearing all concerned within a period of two months.
