JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 17-03-2023 After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to challenge the order dated 18.08.2012, passed by the Inspector of Registration Office, Patna Division, Patna, by filing appropriate appeal. Liberty so sought, is granted.

It is needless to state that in case, appropriate appeal is filed within a period of four weeks from today, after complying with the necessary formalities, the appeal shall be heard by the appellate authority on merits, without it being impeded by the issue of limitation and a reasoned and a speaking order shall be passed, in accordance with law, forthwith.
