Mr. Yugal Kishore, learned Senior counsel states that the petitioners have submitted the affiliation fee earlier, which should be adjusted for the purpose of the application, which the petitioners will be filing afresh.
It will be open to the Affiliation Committee of the Board to consider the petitioners' requests in this regard and if found to be permissible, such fee may be adjusted against the application to be filed afresh.
This application stands disposed of.
