2. At the outset, Mr. Sunil Kumar, learned Advocate for the petitioner fairly submitted that during the pendency of the writ petition, the admissible retiral dues of the petitioner has been paid and, as such, he does not want to press this application.

3. Learned Advocate for the State as well as Accountant General reiterated the submissions made on behalf of the petitioner by referring to the averments made in the

Patna High Court CWJC No.420 of 2022(6) dt.16-07-2024 2/2 counter affidavit that all the admissible dues have been paid.

4. In view of the factual position, the present writ petition stands disposed of.
