2. The petitioners seek bail in connection with Chhatauni P.S. Case No. 406 of 2025 registered for the offence under Sections 126(2), 318(4), 134, 317(2), 3(5) of the BNS.
3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioners are accused of looting Rs. 1,00,000/- from the informant.
4. The petitioners are in custody since 4.7.2025.
5. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the informant has been cheated of Rs. 1,00,000/- and out of which, Rs. 50,000/- has been recovered from the petitioner no.
1. He further submits that the parties have settled their disputes
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.63962 of 2025(2) dt.10-09-2025 2/2 and have filed a compromise petition in the Court below. Learned counsel for the petitioner has also produced a copy of the compromise petition in support of his argument.

In view of the aforesaid submissions, this application is disposed of with a direction to the Magistrate concerned to verify the compromise and if the informant supports the compromise then the petitioners may be granted bail and if the informant does not supports the factum of compromise, appropriate orders shall be filed by the Court below.
7. It is made clear that if the amount of Rs. 50,000/-, which was recovered from the petitioner no. 1 is still lying with the police then the same shall be released by the Magistrate concerned in favour of the informant.
8. A copy of the compromise petition produced by the learned counsel for the petitioner is taken on record.
9. With the aforesaid directions, this application is disposed of.
