The petitioners, four in number, apprehend their arrest in a case under Section 307 and other sections of the Indian Penal Code.
The informant made allegation that the petitioners assaulted the informant with a view to grab his land. The petitioners are alleged to have assaulted the wife of the informant. Manish Kumar (petitioner no. 4) is alleged to have assaulted the informant with Farsa. It is submitted that the entire allegation is false and concocted. On account of land dispute, some scuffle took place. The informant got simple injuries such as bruise and laceration caused by a hard and blunt object. Nobody has assaulted

Considering the facts aforesaid, the above named petitioners, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt / production of a copy of this order, are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saharsa in Saharsa Sadar P.S. Case No. 55/15, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
