JUSTICE SUNIL KUMAR PANWAR ORAL ORDER 18-01-2023 The present petition has been filed for modification of the order dated 31.08.2022 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 23209 of 2022 to the extent of extending the period of surrender.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that due to illness, the petitioner could not furnish the bail bonds on time.

On the ground mentioned in the modification petition, the period of surrender is extended for a further period of four weeks from today.

The order dated 31.08.2022 passed in Cr.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.72584 of 2022(2) dt.18-01-2023 2/2 Misc. No. 23209 of 2022 passed in connection with Sonepur P.S. Case No. 711 of 2021 stands modified to the extent as indicated above.

Accordingly, the petition stands allowed.
