JUSTICE RAJEEV RANJAN PRASAD ORAL ORDER 13-09-2018 In view of the show cause filed on behalf of the University, this contempt application cannot proceed. The University had already constituted a team and the said team after investigation has submitted a report to the State Government. The State Government has rejected the proposal for recognition way back in the year 2016. In fact, in the order of the learned writ Court there was no mandamus to the State Government.
Patna High Court MJC No.1792 of 2016 (3) dt.13-09-2018 2/2 Learned Senior Counsel representing the petitioner, at this stage, seeks liberty to challenge the order passed by the State Government.
