The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence under Section 395 of the Indian Penal Code. As per the prosecution case, six miscreants on the point of pistol looted cash of the informant. The informant suspects the hands of co-accused Chitaranjan Sharma and his associates.
Petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. Name of the petitioner has transpired during course of investigation in the confessional statement of co-accused. No incriminating article has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner and till date, he has not been put on T.I.Parade. Petitioner is in custody in this case since 02.09.2021.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, the bail petition of petitioner is allowed. Let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Bettiah, District - West Champaran in connection with Chanpatiya P.S. Case No. 291 of 2021.
