2. The petitioners have preferred this application for grant of regular bail in connection Mahua P.S. Case No. 347 of 2023 dated 10.06.2023 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 324, 325, 307, 354, 302, 504 and 506 read with 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner and the co-accused persons along with two unknown miscreants came and the co-accused Ravindra Singh exhorted to kill. Thereafter, the co-accused Sachin Kumar assaulted on the head of the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.64803 of 2023(2) dt.12-10-2023 2/3 informant's father with iron rod causing head injury. When the informant's brother went to rescue, the co-accused Indal Sahni assaulted on the head of informant's brother with iron rod causing injury. The petitioner Ram Pari Devi and Suraj Devi assaulted the informant with fists and legs, in the meantime, the co-accused Indal Sahni, Sachin and the petitioner Sunni assaulted the informant with lathi.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that the petitioners are innocent and have falsely been implicated in this case. The petitioner No. 1 is a lady. There is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioners. The specific allegation of assault on the head of the informant's father is against the co-accused Sachin Kumar. The petitioners have clean antecedent as stated in para 3 of the bail petition. The petitioner No. 1 is in custody since 03.07.2023 and the petitioner No. 2 is in custody since 11.06.2023.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has vehemently opposed the bail petition of the petitioners.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case as well as the period of custody, the petitioners above-named, are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) each with

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.64803 of 2023(2) dt.12-10-2023 3/3 two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court concerned, Vaishali at Hajipur, in connection with Mahua P.S. Case No. 347 of 2023.

7. The application stands allowed.
