The petitioner, who is in custody since 21.05.2019, seeks bail in connection with Maker P.S. Case No. 172 of 2018 which has been instituted for the offence under Section 394 of the Indian Penal Code.

It appears that in the subject FIR, the petitioner has not been named. The stolen motor-cycle of the informant was recovered at the instance of the petitioner himself while he made an extra-judicial confession in another case, namely, Maker P.S. Case No. 180 of 2018 which was

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.58472 of 2019(3) dt.27-11-2019 2/2 instituted for the offences under Section 412 of the IPC and Sections 25(1-b)a, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act. It has been submitted that up till now, the petitioner has not been put on T.I.P and in all the cases in which he was made accused earlier, he is on bail. Considering these aspects of the matter, the petitioner, above-named, is directed to be released on bail on his furnishing bail bonds in the sum of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate 12th, Saran at Chapra in connection with Maker P.S. Case No. 172 of 2018.
