The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 504, 506, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The prosecution case as per F.I.R is that when the wife of the informant demanded her money back to

No.1552 of 2022(2) dt.27-07-2022 2/3 petitioner No. 5, she was abused and assaulted by all the accused persons including the petitioners and when the informant and his brother came to her rescue, they were also assaulted by the accused persons. It is specifically alleged that co-accused Sanjay Das assaulted with dabiya to the informant.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that there is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioners and in the background of some petty dispute, the present F.I.R has been registered. There is no accusation of repeating the blow. The injury report of the injured suggests the injuries to be simple in nature. A statement has been made in para 3 of the petition that petitioners have no criminal antecedent. In the facts and circumstance of the case, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of four weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten Thousands)

No.1552 of 2022(2) dt.27-07-2022 3/3 each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, VIth, Araria in connection with Jogbani P.S.
