JUSTICE ASHWANI KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 23-10-2019 In view of availability of statutory remedy under Sections 397 and 401 as well as 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, I am not inclined to entertain the present application in extra-ordinary writ jurisdiction.

At this stage, learned counsel for the petitioner prays that the writ petition may be allowed to be converted into an application under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
