JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 22-02-2017 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner has renewed the prayer for anticipatory bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341,323,324,326(A) and 504 of the Indian Penal Code. The prosecution case is that the petitioner caused acid burn injury to the informant.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is lady and in the background of litigated relationship the accusation has been levelled. More over, the injury has been found to be simple in nature. It is further submitted that the parties have entered into a compromise. Considering the nature of accusation, this court is not inclined to revise the earlier order. However, let the learned court

No.20798 of 2016 (2) dt.22-02-2017 2/2 below consider the prayer of the petitioner for regular bail keeping in view of the fact that the injury was found to be simple and the parties have entered into compromise, in case the petitioner surrenders within six weeks from today and prays for bail in connection with Mahua P.S. Case No. 216 of 2014 pending in the court of learned C.J.M. Vaishali at Hajipur. With the aforesaid observation/direction, this application stands disposed of.
