ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 03-08-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner is apprehending her arrest in Marouna P.S. Case No.69 of 2015 for the offence under Sections 467, 468, 471 and 420/34 of the I.P.C.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the present prosecution has been initiated against the petitioner as she had applied for the post of Panchayat teacher, annexing certain forged documents.He further submits that neither she has been appointed nor has she taken any government money. He further submits that other similarly situated co-accused, Kumari Arti has already been granted anticipatory bail in Cr.Misc. No.29974/15 vide order dated 08.10.2015.

No.20832 of 2016 (3) dt.03-08-2016 2/2 Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances and nature of allegation, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of her arrest or surrender before the court below within four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of A.C.J.M., Supaul, in Marouna P.S. Case No.69 of 2015 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of Cr.P.C.
