JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 01-07-2016 The present application has been filed for quashing of the First Information Report in connection with Khagaria P.S. Case No. 330 of 2013, registered under Sections 420 and 409 of the Indian Penal Code. As per the statement made in the paragraph-3 of the petition a similar prayer was made in Cr. W.J.C. No. 666 of 2014 which was dismissed as withdrawn by an order passed by a Coordinate Bench of this Court.

In view of the above fact, this Court is not inclined to interfere at this stage.

The application is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to raise all the contentions after
