JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 09-09-2019 In response to the order of this Court dated 22.07.2019, the respondents have considered the case of the petitioner for grant of pensionary benefits whereupon the Special Secretary to the Government, Education Department, Government of Bihar, Patna by an order dated 19.08.2019, has rejected the claim of the petitioner.
