After some argument, learned Advocate for the petitioner fairly submits that in view of the letter issued by the Finance Department contained in Memo No. 5770 dated 10.11.2020 as well as the order issued by the District Education Officer as contained in Memo No. 3995 dated 25.03.2024, he has instruction not to press the writ petition.
