This application has been filed seeking cancellation of bail granted to Opposite Party No. 2 & 3 who were enlarged on bail by order dated 05.10.2021 passed by a Co-ordinate Bench of this Court in Cr. Misc. No. 27554 of 2021, arising out of Brahmpur P.S. Case No. 498 of 2020, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

3. Perused the records. Having considered the materials available on record, this Court is of the view that the petitioner ought to have approached the same Bench, so long as

No.876 of 2022(5) dt.20-07-2026 2/2 it was available, for seeking cancellation of the bail granted to Opposite Party Nos. 2 & 3 or in the alternative, should have approached the Hon'ble Supreme Court. This Court cannot sit in appeal over or review the order passed by another learned Single Judge of this Court.

4. In view of the discussions made above, this Court is not inclined to interfere with the order impugned. Accordingly, this application is dismissed.
