2. In this case, the petitioners are seeking regular bail in connection with Ujiarpur P.S. Case No. 198 of 2024 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 309(6), 61(2) of the BNS.

3. As per allegation, in the backdrop of petty feud regarding backing of vehicles, some altercation took place between the parties and in consequence thereof, the accused persons assaulted the informant.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits the petitioners are innocent and have falsely been implicated in the present case. They are the persons of clean antecedent. He further submits that no injury was found on the person of the injured and

5. On the other hand, learned APP for the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances, the petitioners, above-named be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned S.D.J.M., Dalsingsarai, District- Samastipur in connection with Ujiarpur P.S. Case No. 198 of 2024, subject to the following condition that the petitioners shall cooperate in the disposal of trial and make themselves available as and when required by the court.
