JUSTICE S. KUMAR ORAL ORDER 13-07-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. Petitioner is apprehending his arrest in Madanpur P.S. Case no. 42 of 2017 for the offences registered under Sections 341, 323, 325, 307, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code. Allegation is of assault upon informant while he was sitting in his grocery shop. The petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. Two injuries have been caused and they are simple in nature.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the present case, let petitioner, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned
