This application has been filed for quashing the order of cognizance dated 20.03.2015 passed in Kudra P.S. Case No.104 of 2014 by the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Kaimur (Bhabhua) for the offence under Sections 420, 465 and 468 of the Indian Penal Code.

The Court below after examining the materials available on record has found prima facie case against the petitioner. This Court does not find any error in the order of cognizance passed by the Court below. Accordingly, this

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.21934 of 2016 (2) dt.03-10-2016 2/2 application is dismissed. However, liberty is granted to the petitioner to raise all the points at the appropriate stage of the trial.
