2. The learned counsel for the petitioner, at the very outset, submits that he is confining his prayer in the writ petition to relief no. 2 which is in relation to a nationalized bank. The submission is that he has come to know about the freezing of his account no. 84540100000074 through a communication dated 17.11.2021 issued by the Branch Manager of the bank.

3. Perusal of letter itself reveals that the same has

4. Learned counsel submits that in the said case, the petitioner has been allowed anticipatory bail vide order dated 20.07.2021 passed in Criminal Miscellaneous No. 34230 of 2021.

5. On realizing the fact that the account has been frozen under order passed by the police, learned counsel submits that he would be availing the remedy against the order passed by the police authority in appropriate criminal jurisdiction, and in accordance with law.
