JUSTICE ARUN KUMAR ORAL ORDER 06-07-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. Petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with a case registered under Sections 302, 201, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Allegation in brief is that the informant went to daughter's matrimonial home and could not find his daughter and two children then he enquired from the inmates of the house and later on he learnt that his daughter died and her dead body was disposed of.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is mother-in-law. In fact, the informant's daughter died due to accidental burn injury and she was taken for treatment of burn injury to Patna Medical College and Hospital where during
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.30082 of 2017 (2) dt.06-07-2017 2/2 treatment after 15 days she died. The present informant had given information in the P.M.C.H. stating that his daughter caught fire while preparing meal.
Having considered the said facts and circumstances, in the event of arrest/surrender within four weeks from the date of receipt of this order to the concerned court, let the petitioner, namely, Shail Devi be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of 2nd A.C.J.M., Jamui in connection with Sikandra P.S. Case No.149 of 2015, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C. (Arun Kumar, J) N.H./- U T
