NILU AGRAWAL ORAL ORDER 03-04-2019 Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State. Petitioner retired as Acting Principal, Middle School, Jalkaddar Bag. Malsalami Anchal, Patna on 31.12.2016. In the present writ application, he claims pension, gratuity, interest on GPF, interest on group insurance, interest on second ACP, salary for the period February, 2016 to June, 2016.

A counter affidavit has ben filed on behalf of the respondent no.4 stating therein that entire payments has been made to the petitioner which is at paras-4, 5 and 6 of the said

Patna High Court CWJC No.7280 of 2018(7) dt.03-04-2019 2/2 counter affidavit. Learned counsel for the petitioner has filed a rejoinder wherein at Annexure-4, he has submitted a statement of payment of interest on delayed payment of his retiral dues. Considering the nature of claim made by the petitioner, let the petitioner file a detailed representation regarding his claim for interest before the respondent no.4, The District Programme Officer, Patna which will be disposed of within a period of three months from the date of filing of the representation.

Any admissible dues would be paid to the petitioner within one month thereafter. If certain amounts are in admissible, the same shall be communicated to the petitioner by a speaking order sent through registered post. Writ application stands disposed of accordingly. (Nilu Agrawal, J) B.Kr./- U
