2. In view of the order dated 19th of February, 2024, the petitioner has delivered a demand draft of Rs. 1 Lakh to the Opposite Party No. 2 in Court.

3. It is submitted by the learned Advocate for the Opposite Party No. 2 in presence of both the parties that on payment and receipt of the entire cheque amount, the Opposite Party No. 2 / complainant has no objection if the offence under Section 138 of the N.I. Act is compounded.

4. In view of such submission, the offence under Section 138 of the N.I. Act is compounded in accordance with

Patna High Court CR. REV. No.645 of 2023(6) dt.01-04-2024 2/2 the provision under Section 147 of the N.I. Act.

5. The impugned judgement and order of conviction and sentence are quashed and set aside.

6. The instant revision is disposed of under the provisions of Section 147 of the N.I. Act.
