2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Raushanganj (Bankey Bazar) P.S. Case No.09 of 2016 for the offence alleged under Section 379 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. It is submitted that the petitioner has been falsely implicated on mere suspicion and the stolen goods have not been recovered from his conscious possession. The F.I.R. is against unknown person. The petitioner claims that he has clean antecedent.
4. Having regard to the entirety of the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of like amount each to the satisfaction
