The instant application for anticipatory bail has been filed by the petitioners apprehending their arrest in connection with Amas P.S. Case no. 97 of 2020 instituted for the offence punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 153(A), 295(A), 341, 323, 337, 338, 307, 353, 504, 506 of the Indian Penal Code. As per allegation in the FIR, petitioners along with several other co-accused persons have created hindrance to the police party in discharging their duty by raising anti communal slogans and pelting stones when they reached at the place of occurrence to pacify the dispute between two communities with regard to playing cricket.
Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners has submitted that petitioners are innocent and have committed no offence. They are only the member of the mob. After prevailing good sense, now the matter has been compromised between the parties and in support of this, a compromise petition is annexed as Annexure-2 to the petition.

Having heard learned counsel for the parties and in the facts and circumstances of the case as stated above, this Court is inclined to enlarge the petitioners on bail. The petitioners are directed to surrender in the Court below within a period of four weeks from today and in the event of their arrest or surrender in connection with Amas P.S. Case no. 97 of 2020, they will be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned ACJM, Sherghati, Gaya subject to the conditions as laid down under section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
