For the Petitioner/s : Mr. Prem Prakash Arya For the Opposite Party/s : Mr. Upendra Kumar (App) ===================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE CHAKRADHARI SHARAN SINGH ORAL ORDER 13-12-2016 Heard.

This application, under Section 407 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, has been filed seeking transfer of Cr. Appeal Case No. 184 of 2013 (Krishna Deo Singh Vs. The State of Bihar & Anr.) from the Court of Sri Ram Surat, learned Additional District Judge-VII, Patna, to any other Court of similar jurisdiction at Jehanabad. Paragraph 13 of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.21590 of 2016 (2) dt.13-12-2016 2/2 the application contains the grounds for seeking relief for transfer of the case.

On perusal of the record, none of the grounds, mentioned in said paragraph 13, make out a case for transfer under Section 407 of the Code of Criminal Procedure. It seems that the petitioner is aggrieved by certain orders passed by the learned court below. He could have questioned the legality of the orders, if he had any grievance in accordance with law. I am also of the view that the present application lacks bona fide.

This application is, accordingly, dismissed.
