2. The petitioners apprehend arrest in connection with Ladaniya P.S.Case No.148 of 2013 registered for an offence under Sections 342, 323, 384, 504 and 506/34 of the IPC.
3. The informant of this case is the Incharge Headmaster of Middle school, Sanpataha. She has alleged that on the date of occurrence these petitioners came at the school and forcibly locked the door and at that time, the distribution of dress and scholarship was going on. The accused persons demanded rangdari, abused and obstructed her in discharge of official duty.
4. From the submission of learned counsel it appears that the petitioners are parents of the students of the said school and they were protesting the informant for the irregularities committed by her in distribution of Mid-day-meal and school
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.30920 of 2017 (2) dt.06-07-2017 2/2 dress among the students. On the complain of students and local people, the matter was enquired at one occasion and it was found that the informant was misappropriating the money with respect to distribution of mid-day meal. In this regard, he cited Anenxue-2 of the petition which is a report submitted by the District Programme Officer, (mid-day-meal). The allegation against the petitioners are omnibus and they were raising protest against the school administration. There is no antecedent against the petitioners as submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners.
5. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named four petitioners be released on anticipatory bail in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of six weeks from today in connection with Ladaniya P.S.Case No.148 of 2013 on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri Vivek Bhardwaj, Judicial Magistrate Ist Class, Madhubani, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
