The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Amdabad P. S. Case No. 159 of 2016 instituted under Sections 307, 323, 325, 341,379 448 and 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The allegation, in brief, is that this petitioner gave a lathi blow on the mouth of the informant, a lady and others also assaulted other persons and as a result of assault by the petitioner, one tooth of the informant got broken and some others got damaged.

It is submitted that the petitioner has falsely been implicated due to land dispute and the alleged injury is simple in nature.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.30688 of 2017 (2) dt.10-07-2017 2/2 Having considered the allegation and the nature of injury, the prayer for anticipatory bail is rejected.
