2. The petitioners apprehend arrest in connection with Patory (O.P. Mohanpur) Samastipur P.S.Case No.30 of 2016 registered for an offence under Sections 147, 341, 347, 323, 353 and 504 of the IPC.

3. As per written report, allegation is that these petitioners kept the dead body of Laxmi Mahto on road who died in a road accident and to protest the administration, they allegedly caused hindrance in trafficking of local people and vehicle. The allegation of causing hindrance in trafficking appears omnibus.

4. In view of the aforesaid facts and circumstances, prayer of anticipatory bail is allowed. The above named petitoners in the event of their arrest or surrender before the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.31080 of 2017 (2) dt.12-07-2017 2/2 learned court below within a period of six weeks from today in connection with Patory (Mohanpur O.P.) P.S.Case No.30 of 2016 on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of CJM, Samastipur, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
