1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State.

2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 331, 323, 324, 326, 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, on 19.03.2023, informant got information on mobile that petitioner along with other co-accused persons stabbed the son of the informant near the house of one Sanjay Bhagat.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that informant is not the eye-witness of the occurrence and during investigation, the injured has categorically stated that it was the father of the petitioner who stabbed him.

5. Learned APP for the State vehemently opposed the prayer of bail.

6. Considering the statement of the injured, this anticipatory bail is allowed and it is ordered that let the above named petitioner in the event of his arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Sitamarhi/concerned court below in connection with Bathnaha P. S. Case No. 100 of 2023, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure. (Prabhat Kumar Singh, J) Shishir/- U T
