BAJANTHRI) Date : 23-07-2025 The Appellant-State has assailed the order of the learned Single Judge dated 22.03.2021 passed in CWJC No. 13024 of 2019.

2. Respondent Munni Devi who is a Panchayat Teacher,

Patna High Court L.P.A No.739 of 2021 dt.23-07-2025 2/2 her services have been terminated. Resultantly, she invoked the remedy of filing CWJC No. 13024 of 2019. Even though, she had a remedy of filing appeal and she has not resorted to the same and the removal order is not in consonance with Article 14 of the Constitution of India read with the disciplinary Rules/Regulation. This has not been disputed by the learned counsel for the Appellant-State, therefore, no interference is warranted insofar as interferring with the order of the learned Single Judge dated 22.03.2021 passed in CWJC No. 13024 of 2019.

3. Accordingly, the present LPA stands dismissed.
