2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Barauni (FCI OP) PS Case No. 412 of 2023 registered for the offences punishable under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

3. 04 litres of country made liquor has been recovered from house of this petitioner.

4. It is submitted that no recovery has been made from conscious possession of this petitioner. Petitioner has no concern with the seized liquor.

5. Learned APP however vehemently opposed the prayer for bail and submitted that illicit liquor was recovered from house of this petitioner and has got criminal antecedent of

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.64953 of 2023(2) dt.17-10-2023 2/2 similar nature.

6. Considering the facts aforesaid, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner above-named on anticipatory bail. Accordingly, the same is rejected.
