2. Petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Mushahri P.S. Case No. 118 of 2024 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302, 376/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the allegation made in the FIR, the informant has alleged that her daughter was married to one Suraj Kumar Sahni in the year 2020. She used to live alone at home and her husband used to work as a labour outside. Further allegation is that her father-in-law, Dilip Sahni and his father

4. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submitted that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. Petitioner is in custody since 08.06.2024.

5. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the informant as well as learned APP appearing for the State opposes the bail prayer.

6. Considering the nature of allegation made in the FIR, as well as, the fact that for similar offence for having committing murder of his own daughter-in-law, the petitioner was earlier made accused in connection with Mushahri P.S. Case No.60/2000 under section 304(B)/34 of Indian Penal Code, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner at this stage. Accordingly, the present bail application stands dismissed.
