The petitioner seeks bail in a case under Section 399/402 and other sections of the Indian Penal Code and under different sections of the Arms Act.

The petitioner and others were arrested and from the possession of petitioner one country made pistol and live cartridges were recovered. The petitioner is in jail since 24.12.2014 and he has already remained in jail for more than seven and half months.

Considering the facts aforesaid and the nature of allegation made against the petitioner, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each
