At an earlier occasion, petitioner was granted anticipatory bail vide order dated 01.04.2016 under Cr. Misc. No.12450/2016. In the original petition petitioner had averred pendency of concerned case bearing Nayagaon P.S. Case No.69/2015 before Sub-Judge VIIth-cum-Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, on account thereof order concerned contained reference the aforesaid court which now petitioner wants to rectify as Sub-Judge VIth-cum-Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, IV through instant petition. In the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, in the last para of order dated 01.04.2016 passed in Cr. Misc. No.12450/2016 at sixth line let it be corrected as Sub-Judge VIth-cum-Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, IV in stead of Sub-Judge VIIth-cum-Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.20869 of 2016 (3) dt.11-01-2017 Consequent thereupon, Cr. Misc. No.20869 of 2016 is allowed.
