JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 24-09-2019 This is an application for grant of anticipatory bail in connection with G.B. Nagar P. S. Case No. 149 of 2019, disclosing offence under Section 366A of the IPC. Allegation against the petitioner is of kidnapping the minor daughter of the informant.

Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that in her statement recorded under Section 164 of Cr.P.C. she has not named any person and also disclosed her age as 18 years and she has further stated that she has gone on her own sweet will.

Having heard both sides, considering the above submission, this application is allowed. Let the petitioner,
